At Rex Protection, we believe cybersecurity software should never become spyware. We do not sell user data, track personal browsing habits, or monetize advertising identifiers. All file scans, registry analyses, and heuristic behavioral evaluations occur locally on your machine.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT upload personal documents, media files, or private directories to the cloud.
We do NOT log websites visited, keystrokes entered, or webcam sessions.
We do NOT sell or share hardware device identifiers to third-party ad exchanges.

3. Minimal Data Processed For Protection

To maintain zero-day defense, the software may query our anonymized threat intelligence network with cryptographic SHA-256 hashes of unknown executable binaries. These hash lookups contain zero user-identifiable data.

4. Account & Billing Information

When you purchase a Rex Pro or Ultimate Family license, your transaction is processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors. We retain only your license key status and email address for receipt delivery and key recovery.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Under European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you maintain the absolute right to request data erasure or export your account metadata at any time by contacting privacy@rexprotection.com.
